Welcome to the NTX Peagles family. We are honored to have your player represent our organization. We believe in cultivating excellence through discipline, character, and commitment both on and off the field. This handbook outlines our expectations, policies, and philosophies as we prepare players for the next level. We appreciate your partnership and support in upholding our standard of excellence.

3. πŸ“… Attendance & Communication Policy

  • Players must provide at least one week’s notice to coaches if they will miss a practice, unless due to injury, illness, or emergency.

  • If a player misses more than 20% of practices per season, their roster spot is subject to termination.

  • For games/tournaments, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required unless due to injury, illness, or emergency.

  • Missing more than two games per season may result in loss of roster spot.

4. 🀾 Player Code of Conduct

  • Show respect to teammates, coaches, umpires, and opponents.

  • Be coachable and give full effort at all times.

  • Avoid negative language, gossip, or unsportsmanlike behavior.

  • Uphold the NTX Peagles values on and off the field.

  • Failure to do so may result in suspension or dismissal from the team.

5. πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘§ Parent Code of Conduct

  • Support your player and respect coaching decisions.

  • Refrain from coaching from the sidelines.

  • Maintain professionalism at all practices and games.

  • Do not contact coaches about playing time until 24 hours after the final game of a tournament.

  • Concerns should be discussed respectfully and privately with the coach.

  • Inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal of the player from the team.

6. ⚾ Practice & Game Day Expectations

  • Players should arrive prepared and on time.

  • Full effort and attention are expected at all practices.

  • Players must be in full uniform on game days.

  • Warm-ups begin 60–90 minutes before game time.

7. 🧡 Uniform & Gear Policy

  • Uniforms must be clean, complete, and worn properly.

  • No personal modifications or unauthorized accessories.

  • Players must bring all necessary equipment to every practice and game.

  • NTX Peagles is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

8. ⛨️ Safety & Injury Policy

  • All injuries must be reported immediately.

  • Concussion protocol will be strictly followed.

  • Players may need medical clearance to return to play.

  • Injured players should remain engaged with the team if able.

  • Players are expected to train outside of scheduled practices.

  • Self-driven development includes hitting, throwing, fitness, and game IQ.

  • The most successful players take ownership of their growth.

  • Players and parents should represent the NTX Peagles respectfully online.

  • Do not post or share negative content about anyone involved.

  • Public posts that reflect poorly on the team may lead to disciplinary action.

11. πŸ’³ Financial Commitment & Payment Policy

  • Team dues cover league fees, uniforms, tournaments, and facility rentals.

  • Payments must be made on time. Late payments may restrict participation.

  • No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawals or missed events.

  • Scholarship requests must be formally submitted.

12. ✈️ Travel & Tournament Guidelines

  • Tournaments require full-day and full-weekend commitment.

  • Curfews and team behavior rules apply during travel.

  • Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully when traveling.

  • Coaches will communicate through designated team platforms.

  • Please do not approach coaches with issues during or immediately after games.

  • Respect the 24-hour rule for any concerns about playing time.

  • Use designated communication channels for updates and announcements.

14. ❌ Zero Tolerance Policy

The following behavior may result in immediate suspension or dismissal:

  • Use of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco by players

  • Physical aggression or bullying

  • Repeated disrespect or insubordination

  • Disruptive parent behavior or sideline misconduct

  • Failure to comply with attendance policies
